• Please download IDEXX Vello from your app store to fill out the drop-off form that is required to leave your pet with us
• Drop-off for this service needs to happen at/around 9 am EST
• Pets must be fully vaccinated including bordetella and bivalent influenza. We can update vaccines during this appointment
• Pets must be on flea and tick control, intestinal parasite control, and heartworm prevention
• A financial estimate must be signed at drop-off; the estimate can change but not without your approval
• A veterinarian must be present for rabies vaccine administration
While your pet is with us we promise to:
• Provide plenty of fresh water
• Walk outside (if canine)
• Offer a midday snack or lunch if you provide it for us (sometimes fasting is required)

Acute Inflammatory Condition – $75
- Ear infections, skin infections, gastritis, pancreatitis, trauma, and many others
Chronic Condition – $350
- Osteoarthritis, cruciate ligament issues, irritable bowel disease, cystitis, feline asthma, and many others
Neurologic Condition – $75
- Intervertebral disc disease, nerve injury, and many others
Post-Surgery / Wound Care – $40
- Incision care, accelerated recovery, dentals (gingivitis, tooth extractions), abscesses, burns, and many others
Scheduling & Payments
• A $50 scheduling deposit will go toward the total service price.
• For Chronic Condition, the $350 payment is collected after the first appointment. At that time, the next five visits will be scheduled over a 3-week period.

• No refunds; all appointments require a nonrefundable deposit
• Sedation is not included in the above estimates
• Pets must be fully vaccinated for a lifestyle that includes veterinary hospital visits (Bordetella and flu required). Vaccines can be administered the morning of the procedure
