What happens to unused benefits at the end of my 12-month Care Plan?
If you renew your pet’s Care Plan to a plan of equal or greater value, your Account Credit rolls over! Unused Account Credit can be used any time within the following 12 months. If you cancel or let your pet’s Care Plan expire, any unused benefits will also expire.
What happens if I cancel my Care Plan?
Initial payment will be refunded if cancellation is requested within 30 days and no benefits are used. If benefits are used, payments made toward the plan will be subtracted from the total value of the benefits, and a payment will be required for the difference in order to cancel. For example, if $200 in benefits have been consumed and $50 in payments have been made, a payment of $150 will be required to cancel.
